Chemical raw materials from our warehouse in Vladivostok

Vostochny Okean supplies organic amines, chlor-alkali products, and supported catalysts to organizations in the Russian Far East and across Russia. The catalog follows the 2026 edition: the reagents list a CAS number and hazard class, the amines also carry LD50 and exposure limit values, and the catalysts list the support and the catalyst type. Shipments go out from our warehouse in Vladivostok; the office is in Moscow.

Every batch comes with the manufacturer’s certificate of analysis, a certificate or declaration of conformity, and a safety data sheet (SDS). Your accounting department receives the full set of paperwork: invoice, delivery note, and VAT invoice. Payment is by invoice (bank transfer); we work with legal entities and sole proprietors.

What the catalog covers

Nine organic amines: primary, secondary, and tertiary, for the synthesis of dyes, pharmaceutical compounds, and surfactants. Ten chlor-alkali items: caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, liquid chlorine, peroxide compounds, carbonates, and azodicarbonamide. Four activated-carbon catalysts: Pd/C, Pt/C, Pt-Pd/C, and Ru/C, with a separate page holding a suitability matrix for 37 organic synthesis reactions.

Check the grade, standard, and pack size for a specific item with your manager: the manufacturer’s catalog does not list them.

Items with a special supply procedure

Hydrochloric acid is a precursor of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances: it is supplied only to organizations that have passed verification, with the paperwork completed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Supply of liquid chlorine and hydrogen peroxide 27.5% is agreed with a manager separately.
