As a base it gives salts with acids, and the corresponding derivatives with acyl chlorides and alkyl halides. GHS classification: flammable liquid 2, skin corrosion 1B, serious eye damage 1, STOT SE 3, meaning the liquid ignites readily and causes chemical burns to skin and eyes. LD50 540 mg/kg, exposure limit 30 mg/m³; supplied to verified organizations from the warehouse in Vladivostok.
